Shipping Policy

 Australia & New Zealand Shipping:

We ship to residential, business and post office box addresses, in Australia and New Zealand.

For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, we will not ship orders unless all billing information is correct. Please make certain that the billing information you have provided exactly matches your credit card issuing bank’s records. Verification and order processing normally takes one business day.

Processing Time:

Orders received are shipped from 1 to 5 business days of receipt of the order. Freight schedules of Australia Post may pro-long deliveries to New Zealand. COVID-19 may influence this.

General Delivery Times:

Australia Post deliver Monday through Friday only. Exceptions do apply.

Ground Delivery:

Yarn 4 Us All (Y4UA) use Australia Post a primary carrier for all webstore deliveries. Yarn 4 Us All (Y4UA) is not responsible for the safety of your package after it has been delivered by the carrier.

Yarn 4 Us All (Y4UA) applies flat progressive shipping charge, additional to all shipments, which is included with the purchase price of all items sold within the webstore.

Refused Shipments:

If you refuse a shipment from Yarn 4 Us All (Y4UA), you are responsible for original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to Yarn 4 Us All (Y4UA). This amount will be deducted from your order in the event that a refund is paid. Refunds issued for returned shipments will be at the discretion of Yarn 4 Us All (Y4UA).

Returned Shipments:

If your order is returned due to un-deliverable shipping address, you are responsible for original shipping charge and the cost of returning the package to Yarn 4 Us All (Y4UA). This amount will be deducted from your order.
